Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band founded out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), in addition to their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their song, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) via his LiveJournal website.
